I am doing a lot of work transitioning over to a new a website layout so there is a lot to come. Take a look around but come back soon since there will be more.

This site was developed for Latina moms and mothers of color – any color. The site was to include articles written by the sites owner and also include a section for product reviews. To do this and to prevent me from having to modify the site daily I looked into using WordPress. This is the first site that I developed using this program and decided that modifying a template would allow all of these things to take place. Being that this was the first time that I have worked with WordPress I had to learn how it worked first, then how to modify it.

This site was developed for a church softball team located in the Tempe, Arizona area.  The reasons that the team had this site developed was to keep track of a list of player on their two teams and to provide information about the seasons they are playing as well as those in the past.  This included their stats, the game scores, the ability share pictures, along with relaying information to both the team and the fans.

This was the first site the I really started working with PHP and mySQL since developing a site where people were moving from team to team and stats were being updated weekly, it was just not feasible to have to update the html every time.  So I created a administration area for the site that would let the team captains enter in the games scores.

The First Christian Church of Tempe Softball team wanted a logo that they could use for their jerseys and their website. They wanted a simple logo that had a softball feel. Using the the initials from their church name we came up with FCCT. For the website we added the word softball as well as a Softball.

Coming up with my own logo was tough.  I wanted it to be professional and I wanted it to represent who I am.  What better than my initials.  I have had them for my entire life.  So figuring out how to put them together was the next challenge.  I didn’t want a simple R followed by a P so I worked out how to do it.  I used a font that very round and modified the P so that it was open.  This allowed the letters to flow together.  With the website I just added the word Web designs to complete the look.

Well as you probably already guessed, this information is about our website. We developed this site to display the different websites and other web work that we have developed. We wanted to make sure that our possible clients can see the work that we have done before. This is the original design of the website, as it has been updated to a new version.
